SquidSpace.com and all the services provided is made available only to users thirteen (13) years of age or older. If you are not yet 13 years old or the required greater age for certain features please discontinue using the Site immediately. For any reason you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, please discontinue using the Site immediately because by using or attempting to use the Site, you certify that you are at least 13 years of age (or other required greater age for certain features, where applicable) and meet any other eligibility requirements of the Site.
Children under the age of 13 that are unknowingly registered on the Site, are in violation of the Terms of Service Agreement. 3. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site is to be used solely for your noncommercial or limited personal use and for no other purposes. You will not alter, delete or conceal any copyright or other notices contained on the Site. Users must respect our copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. We likewise respect the intellectual property of others. Please refer to our Copyright Policy for additionally information regarding intellectual property of others.
4. ADVERTISING
SquidSpace.com works with different advertisers to bring the most targeted ads to the site. Your use of the Site and the acceptance or participation in any advertisements is strictly and solely between you and such Advertisers and we shall not be responsible or liable to you in any way in connection with these activities or transactions.
5. RULES OF CONDUCT
Your use of the Site is subject to all applicable local, state, national laws, and international treaties. You are solely responsible for all activities, acts and omissions that occur in, from, through or under your user name or password. You shall not use, allow, or enable others to use the Site, or knowingly condone use of this Site by others, in any manner that is, attempts to, or is likely to:

If a posts, whether in the comments section, message boards, or chat rooms, originates from you or your account, you hereby agree that: you represent and warrant that your post does and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of this Agreement. If you incorporate the likeness or image of any person, firm or enterprise, you specifically represent and warrant that you have the right to do so, and we will have no accountability for your posts.
7. USER PROFILE PICTURES
You assume all responsibility for your profile picture. By installing our applications on the social networks, Myspace, Facebook, Bebo, Hi5, Friendster, you must comply with Agreement, and agree to have your Social Network profile displayed on our website. You also assume all risk and accountability for your profile picture. If you are not of 13 years of age, you must request to delete your account immediately by using the contact form. We assume liability for your actions.
8. DEACTIVATION/TERMINATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION OR USE
If you are registered to use the Site, you may deactivate your account on the Site by using the contact form. Please send us your username, from either SquidSpace.com or Myspace, Facebook, Bebo, Hi5, Friendster, and a request to terminate your account. We may also terminate your use of and registration on the Site and/or your use of and access to Applications for any reason at any time.
9. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS THAT THE SITE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR LOSS OF DATA. BY PARTICIPATING IN MULTI-PLAYER GAMES OR VISITING CHAT ROOMS YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO RUDE, CRUDE, INDECENT, OR OTHER OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR REFERENCES. YOU AGREE THAT SQUID SPACE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT RELATING TO YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD PARTY ADVERTISER OR CONTENT PROVIDER ON THE SITE.
